When are Reincarnation Abilities unlocked?

Hello,

My main character is lvl 77 and I have a reincarnation lvl 65 that became normal (i.e. it lost the egg debuff and I can use its abilities for my main), but I can't remember at which lvl it worked.

I currently have a lvl 54 reincarnation that I'm playing, when will his abilities be available to my other characters?
Is it max lvl? or is it the lvl of my main?

Afaik your reinc has to get max lvl to get the reinc skill! :thumbsup:
