I was just wondering if its safe to purchase the cs currency, as I've seen some say to purchase in increments of 1000. I just wanted to make sure. Thanks for your time.

It's safe to purchase currency.

The billing portal is still under construction, so you may have issues with the system though.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?
