Ticket

Wanted to know what the reason to delayed to answer my ticket UAL-847-89249 sent to more than one month ? This is a one neglect with players. :thumbdown: :thumbdown: :thumbdown:

If your request takes too long to be answered, please contact by private message a Community Manager, explaining what is your request about, and giving directly the ticket number.
