Broken rubies?

Do these rubies work?

I put them on my summy, but the stats didn't raise. Still shows 0.0/0.0.

Hello,

yes they do work. But you need to have aspect of healing active in order to get them working. (You need to read the rubies carefully, if they are bound to a specific aspect) normally the aspect needed is written in green letters in the description. (Sometimes its not)
