"Like a Gibberling's Sneeze"

Hi! I have a little problem when i equip Holy Cape quest is dont accept that. I tryed many time but nothing. Pls help me anyone, i think this is bugged for me. (sorry for bad english)

Have you tried right-clicking the 'Holy Cloak" effect? I don't know for sure if it can be removed that way, but it's worth a try.
If that doesn't work, drop the quest and see if the debuff disappears. If not, relog and take the quest again.
