I have noticed a timer @Item description in the bag, do items really disappear in"xx days" if not used?

They absolutely do. More and more items in this game are becoming timed items making you purchase them more than once, which is a huge shame.

They are on most of collectors items, how can you repurchase if they disappear?

Shouldn't be mentioned that collectors are for high levels/capped/older players only?

everything except the cosmetical items & the Magic Tablecloth (maybe lightning bolt discount too) are obtainable ingame or via cash-shop. Some are maybe limited to time-exclusive events wich will come to the store at some point of the season
