Client download at friend and account transfer please help!

Hello. I have 2 questions about game.I have really bad internet connection at home with caped usage at 10gb a month so i cant donload game at home.I wanted to ask is there a way to download client and do full update at friend and then transfer game folder to usb and copy it at home and then play normaly.Becouse i want to get back into game now after few years break.
Second question is about account transfer.I have been playing game while it was at Gpotato and probably about 5 or 6 years i have open account,and now when i log in on startng page it says member for 2 years.Does that mean that i did my transfer and i forgot ,so it counting that 2 years only with my.com or something else?
