If you wanna go instant lvl max minus 5, you have to buy the "Miraculous Ark" in the item shop, for a main character (under Service/Character), or the "Miraculous Ark for incarnation" (under Service/Reincarnation), for an incarnation.
With the New Order extension, you'll reach lvl 65 instantly.

This item doesn't exist on P2P.
