There are two things with your talent selection I noticed right away:
1) This is a PvE build, yet you don't grab Bloody Harvest. You absolutely need Bloody Harvest for your DPS rotation to work correctly.
2) You put points in Slaughter. Slaughter is quite terrible for any Warrior build so it's not recommended. You can move the talent investment in Slaughter to Bloody Harvest.

With that fixed, next are your rubies:
1) Tree 1 is fine except for the missing Rage rubies. These are linked to Bloody Harvest and need to be taken to improve your damage on the energy-spending side of the rotation. You are also missing the Vigor rubies that give 9% Vigor. They are very important.

2) In Tree 2, you took the Willpower rubies to reach Tornado. Willpower is useless in PvE, so it would be better to move those rubies to the Raging Storm rubies so you can generate Combat Advantage while using Vicious Spin.

3) The Encouragement(Inspiration) rubies in the third tree only take effect in Aspect of Defense. This is a DPS spec using Aspect of Assault and thus you can't use them.

Once you resolve both problems then your build will be in fine condition.
