New player - some questions I'd like to ask

Hello all,

I just subscribed for 3 month after testing the game on f2p for a day. I thought I'd ask before I make a character on the p2p server, which side has guilds with old chaps like me- a virtual retirement home if you will.

Ofc I expect not to be guild invited as level one, but maybe you can give me an idea which side houses some guilds where I could one day fit in.
  • I am 36 years old and from germany.
  • Over many, many years I played WoW in an UKish guild and was there an avid theorycrafter and battleground-junkie. If there wasnt anything to do with other guildmates, I would roam the battlefields.
  • I am used to most communication taking place on TS and drunken friday raids are also known to me.
  • As mentioned above - I love doing all kind of stuff together. I have also no problem dying a 100 times if necessary or help with whatever there is to help with.

If there are any guilds where that would roughly fit the bill, I'd be happy to hear the side/name of them to help me decide what side to choose.
I don't know what else to write for now, except to thank you in advance for your suggestions. ;)

I know that there is a german guild on league side, i don't know for the imp.

If you create a pridien you can choose your side around lvl 20.

Well if you are looking for a German guild, i know only the "Insidious". You can speak to Meloetta he probably can invite you. But if u looking for english guild probably Avarice, this two guilds is on the league side.

On the empire side, u have Utopie and Turan, Utopie is for everyone but i think the majority speak english, Turan is more turkish ppl.
