This is certainly starting to seem like a more viable option than before...
I'm just not sure I can play a game with such little population (blah blah I know I'm part of the problem always complaining about the population...but my concerns are real and legitimate).

Honestly, the population isn't that bad - it was my main concern, but there are still plenty of options available and enough people to get your shit done. (Yes, not including hard mode fractal)

Currently on league we have Ze Beer (German guild), Insidious (Not too sure about), Avarice (Seemigly MIA).

For Empire: The Death Dynasty (Turkish), Utopie (French), and Omniscient (English).

I always recommend joining Empire, Omni specifically (for obvious reasons) - fun community and the more players that swap from f2p over to p2p, the better off we'll all be.

how long is the waiting time for skirmishes during the day?

You can join at evenings . You dont need wait click and join.

Well, hopefully enough people will babyrage and quit f2p and come over to us. Honestly, I want to play this game so badly, but I just can't do it if I know the end result will be me sitting in full legends, sitting afk in Novo all day, with nothing else to do. Because right now, that is the fate of any player on League side. I don't want to sound like a douche here, but I'm going to throw it out there.99% of everyone that is left, that's actually playing, are trash. There is mostly likely not 12 active people ont he server that have enough brain activity to do HM Fractal, sadly. Now that being said, if some people came over from f2p, that could change, and hopefully it does. Until then, or some of the non-bads come back to play, I can't see me playing.

On a side note I did start a character on Imp side, but I just can't see myself going through all of that leveling and progression again, just for there to be a large chance on again, not raiding.

@Adoable if not doing HM fractal is what makes you feel bored then you got another problem than just low population :/ we do HM on f2p with several raids in 30-60 min and after this you wont have anything to do either

It's not that I am bored, it's the fact I can't progress. Also, you clear HM Fractal in 30-60 min, I don't think, even if we had never stopped raiding and lost so many people, that we would even be clearing HM Fractal yet, due to how much more difficult stuff like that is on the P2p server. Now don't get me wrong, I am not complaining about that, in fact I love that it is that difficult. It keeps us from clearing the raid in the first week and getting gear capped in a month or so.

So no, bored is not the problem, it's the fact that I can't actually progress past legends that bothers me.
