I need a to file a ticket myself. That page isnt working. I was suddenly kicked off the game now its saying my login info is wrong. I need to reset my password.

You need to logged in with your Allods/My.com account: https://support.my.com/games/kbPage/138/

Best first thing to do in your case, is turning off and on your computer and try again.
