Not in that order, but this classes must have strongest DPS. On F2P it also depends on how much money you have spent.
When I played on P2P There was 1 Warrior who could keep up with the dps with the other classes, so it depends on knowlege of the class and STATS too. Summoner are in general strong. It doesn't matter what they do. (DPS PVE, PvP or Heal)
Mages have pretty high DPS especially in single target.
Holy Paladin is strong. Very strong... much strong.... I mean... stronG...

Engi also does some nasty dps when played properly.

But anyway : most of the classes can do decent DPS in the hands of someone who knows what he does and has a good stats distribution. It's more about what you like to play, no class is really crippled to a point it's too far from top dpsers.

from what i saw till now

Pally->Mage/psi/Summy-> rest

so if you want to do high singletarget and aoe dmg go pally its rrly strong atm and can also tank if you need it also cuz its a plate class you have more life by default but pally is pretty much a melee so if you want to play ranged go summy,psi or mage they are pretty equal in terms of singletarget dps

but generally you can say there is not soooo much of a diffrence beetween classes dps anymore all classes do a good amount of damage in singletarget (aoe still big diffrences like dont try to out dps a scout as a warden for example its not gonna work )

but if you consider pvp too dont go psi mage and summy are waaay stronger atm especially in grp fights

Yes something like that.
Mentioned classes have awesome DPS but.. while psi ((and mage for the part) mages are skill capped so skilled mage will still be hard) at least being squishy to an extent.. pala and summy are immortal.

It feels that whoever did class balance for this patch hugely favored paladins and summies for some reason and one can only hope they will be hit by a huge nerf hammer. :/

Plate healers were hated this patch concerning DPS, they are really only good for healing now.
