Unstable Spinner skill Steel Stinger Damage multiplier issue

In the tooltip, it says the attack does 20% of the mount's HP, plus a DoT. However...



I'm no good at math, but this seems a bit off.
This occurs on the sub server.

None of the mounts dps is like the real PvP mounts from F2P.
My aegis says 1% dmg of the hp. It has 250k so should be 2,5k dmg.
Its 6-12 dmg on the ray.

Some napkin maths suggests that it may be looking at base health, rather than actual health.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Well either way, the third skill does the full amount of damage, while the first does piss-all with not even putting the DoT on.
As well as the color pattern I got for it disappearing after I logged out, but maybe it's supposed to do that.

Still, I'm not too qualified to comment on how balanced they'd be, since PvP isn't my forte.

Those events are normally posted on the news section of this site (allods.com). But we figured out that events went live without an annoucement, so we made the news (based on the russian news) on FR's Guild Portal (which is also an official Allods site, but much more focused on social interactions and a media portal) and then post it here.
Next news will be published here as usual :).

I heard about pattern's disparition, a lot of players also have this bug.
