IMO having a maze is almost completely useless because :
1- if you want a good one you need quite a lot of time to farm good goblins/auras/traps (time you could use to farm gold instead) + maybe get less gold if you put 1 horn for granit (if some are still willing to see it reset later one, lol) ==> but i'm not 100% sure about that, i'd like to know if someone has a precise thing showing that for x-time maze stuff farming you get more gold in the end that just keeping a very average maze; but imo it's not profitable to upgrade your maze.
2- according to point 1, having an average maze is the best thing to do BUT then and from my experience of the previous years, i'm about 50% plunded 50% people give me sparks, so in the end the sparks i get just compensate the loss from the times i've been plunded so ==> useless
3- that's why i didn't want to create my mazes this year but i realized that you are obliged to create one for your horns to start working, so i feel a bit like with the gear system, something useless on the long run (maze/gear reset) that devs kinda force you to do just to make you feel that there is something to do IG even if to me these kind of activities are just "mirage" to simulate content.
==> a suggestion (even if devs don't give a fuck) : could be great to receive th horns' production by ig-mail (like the other weekly allod thing) and then the horns continue to create the same ressources, so that if you can't be online for any reason and can't restart your horns you don't lose these days + for those like me that have quite a lot of allods it'd be much more convenient, because for the moment i'm obliged to synchornize my maze so i can go collect all my horns the same day in order not to forget one of my allods, so evrytime i create a new one i have to wait my others allods to be up to start all the horns the same day...
