Nostalgia strikes again

So I'm back again, roaming around the forum to see if anything has changed to the better. It doesn't look too promising though.
Anyway, I've actually decided this time that I might give this game a chance once again, despite all the negative threads.
I have a feeling I might regret this, but at least then I will break my recurring nostalgic feelings for this game which gives me the strong desire to start playing it again.

As a returning veteran I have a few questions of course, I will try however to not ask the typical questions that you guys have already answered in a hundred threads before.

So here it goes.

1.
What would the typical day in Allods look like for a casual player like myself, when I'm level 75? Let's say I will play about 2-3 hours a day on weekdays, how much will I actually be able to achieve in a day/week/month? (I'm aware that money will change the rate of progress significantly. I'm asking this as a player who is not planning to spend any more money on the game, at least not for now You can see further below in this post the cash shop items I currently own).

2.
Which are the exact items that are a "must have" right now and would in my case only be possible to acquire from the Boutique, as they would be way too time consuming to acquire by farming? Please see the cash shop items I own further below in this post, would I need anything in addition to those?

3.
Does anyone know of a guild consisting of only returning veterans and/or new players who play casually? Or if no such guild is known to exist, would anyone who fits into any of the aforementioned categories be interested in making one?

As usual, many thanks to those who take some time to answer my questions. Much appreciated!

I know this isn't an answer you'd like, but given those facts, the game will be much closer to a painful than to a fun experience for you. I'd suggest you to find another game.

If you're really determined to play the game, you should do some changes in your life that will allow you to drop one of those restrictions.

As you can see in my post though, I already own quite a lot of cash shop items. I'm sure there are more items that are a "must have", but hopefully it's not too much from what I already own and maybe I'll end up buying these last items anyway. I mean I do own a lot of the basics already which are very much a "must have", legendary/fabled stuff are usually just a luxury.

I just want to know which are the "must have" items apart from what I already own so I know how much money I would actually need to spend (or how to farm it if possible and the approximate time to acquire it).

I've already been recommended many times to not come back to this game and it's enough by just reading a few threads to understand that, but I'm one of those returning veterans that played Allods since beta and just can't find any other MMORPG to replace it. I always find my way back here eventually for some reason, so I figured maybe it's not so bad to spend some extra time and bucks into the game since I actually do enjoy it so much.

you provided a lot of info, good, but i want to know more; "what do you want from the game"?
this question matters a lot...

do you want to achieve all the goods just by ingame for the sake of more and more stenght, do you want to do PVE , raids, have social relations while doing astral, do you want spend a lot of time in BG doing PVP, do you want to level up all classes to max 1st,....
because, of course, depending on these questions, the result is another

when you second gearing up this also means there will be much more ressources free for improving items...
atm in battleground with default gear you can still make top-scores as garprogress isnt fast

openly said, when you are not max level, i recommend you just continue leveling now; as you have so little time it seems, this might take a while
dont push yourself, enjoy the leveling, take your time... no point in rushing like crazy!

you already have a very solid base with mount, level 7 runes, looter etc...
i guess you also have a decent bagsize already

if you are summoner i recommend to get the rubies in the 2nd grip up which make your main dot free from bloodcost and get the "hellion" as companion :)
this way you can do free pulls as you wish, VERY comfortable gameplay there

What I want is basically to be one of the "better" players in PvP, because I do like PvP and I do like to win. However, my interest is not to be the absolute best, because I know that's near to impossible as a casual player. I just want to be good, I want to be able to perform. I accept there are people who are better than me, but it should still not be easy to take me down, I don't wanna get 1 or 2 hit-killed by some heavy cash shopper, or anyone else for that matter.

I also want to be able to perform well damage-wise (as I'm playing mainly DPS-focused Summy) in PvE, raids, Domi etc. But the same goes there, I'm not really aiming to be the best, but I want to be one among the better.

So I guess my main question is if this is achievable with spending 2-3 hours a day on the game on weekdays, several hours on weekends, and with the current cash shop items I have (or some additional cash shop items, and in that case, which items are a "must have")?

That's of course a very high/late endgame goal I have, but apart from this, my aim in this game is of course to meet new people to play with and have fun! I want to be able to play with some relaxed people who actually enjoy the game and not play with a dead serious attitude and just want to acquire everything as fast as possible in order to become the best. When playing like this, the game becomes repetitive and boring very fast.

You can join the pay to play server. You should give it a try cause there is no cash shop. And skill is the only difference between players. There are many good skilled players in my guild. We will be happy to have you ^^

ah your playstyle sounds nice

you should consider doing all astralkeys every day then, this will take some time
later, 2 keys are consumed / chest which makes things faster

options to speed up: get replicator and teal hammers from shop
also consider doing hard sector, this will gain you more loot

before or after that, do at least 1 successful BG to get the x2 daily win

this way you have your gear OK
gear is the most mattering factor in PVP along with a good understanding of things (="skill"?)

consider activating "Pat 5" when doing PVP
since you activate cumulatively it wont be expensive on the long run
next, i would bring runes to level 7, maybe 8 a bit later
keep in mind you sometimes get rewards from PVP that increase dmg & def by 10% so its like having 1 more runelevel! :) (alcohol bottle & steak)

if you dont have mount invis, get it, is worth it

spend time with getting familiar with other items, maybe you want conclave 1+2 (more defense; cheap)

Thank for the the tips!

The astral keys are still reset every week? If so, it should probably not be a problem to use them all up in a week. I have more time in the weekends to play usually as well.

Regarding Pat5, is it still only acquirable via the cash shop? Has the price changed in the last 2 years? I remember it was way too expensive to actually get permanent Pat5, so you had to buy temporary status all the time which in the long run would be quite expensive.

Regarding the runes, when I last played (early 2015) it was waaaaay too expensive to even make runes level 5+. Since I don't have much gold, and I don't really have time to gold farm if I'm gonna focus on gear farming etc., I would probably have to spend too many crystals.

Thanks for the offer but I don't know Russian and I don't intend to learn it, so it would not suit me well I think ;)

every day you get 12 (or14? i never memrize it) keys at around 04:00
they can stack up to 196 so you have ~ 2 weeks you can do nothing without losing chance to progress
however you have to catchup then and spend many astralkeys or at least the daily amount to not lose any chance of progress

pat5 sometimes has a discount, the economical way is to wait for this discout and buy it all at this time
its still in itemshop but daily mission also sometimes give these items as reward

runemechanics have changed in building, whatwas 12 cc earlier is 1 cc now
if you build some make sure to calculate the best ratio before or you will waste ressources

when you get max level you should recieve a item that will give you a cheap level 5 runes set (that can ofc be combined further)
i strongly recommend to buy this discount itemset, its like 15€ or something, you can farm it if you dont want spend money
