Lost Account?

I was playing Allods back in October-November 2016 and I managed to get my old account transferred with my old character on it still, and a new character I made specifically for Twitch streaming. I just re-downloaded the game client and the only login I can get to work is this account that I made back in October to obtain my old account through support. I don't know if my account was compromised, but I spent good money on shop items during the time playing and I'd like to find my account. The old character name is Stoopette, and the new character is either Caitybee or CaityJuju which I named after my twitter username. I have the paypal transactions loaded up right now just to see the time frame of when I played. Please help me if possible, thank you.


Never mind, I realized I'm an idiot lol all I had to do was login using my Facebook account...I got my account, sorry for the silly post.

Ok, kind of the same deal, however it seems the login is locked to my Facebook account. I tried entering the e-mail and known password for the account and it denies me access on my laptop. It tells me there is no account with the e-mail yet there clearly is lol. I wanted to contact support however they don't even have a category for this kind of issue so I can't contact them properly for help.

If a staff member could aid me I'd appreciate it, thank you.

Hello

If you linked your my.com account to a facebook account, you'll have to use the "facebook" button in the launcher and the my.com website to get access to your account.

No one here can help you get your account back except the customer support
