you have to wait 30 seconds now after popping the banner... while the enemy has all time in the world to say byebye to you

the system is no fun any longer

fairplay is always the last try to justify why ppl lose a fight

a strong player will never argue about fairplay, a stong player kills on sight and enjoys
remember that the enemy is not your teammate, its your enemy...

the fun part while hunting is to hit the player as long as the eggbuff is on
this is no longer possible

its usefull for those who level only and boring for those who level and pvp

so one of the funniest parts while leveling is gone, byebye hitandrun

You're not familar with this pesky "feedback" thingy, are you?

If it were up to me, I'd make it only possible to pop a banner in a safe zone, but this does the job pretty well. Ninja-popping a warbanner was always a problem, people would wait until their target is in trouble - fighting mobs, and pop a warbanner and kill them... and a strong player does not resort to such weasel-y tactics.

the banner is not bugged its an anti ninja popper like you fight with 5 or 6 mobs a noob comes to you and when you are at 3 % health he pops the banner and kills when you come with full health he stais in the safe zone cuz he cant kill you .. i think its pretty fair what thei did to the banner sistem

And honestly, just where do you see the satisfaction, victory or glory killing a player that is 20+ levels below you? Is it because you aren't capable of doing it to players at your level? Whatever the reason it's a bunch of cowardice crap.

Um, you're allowed to stand in the safe place, just like he is allowed to stand in it... The fact that he's more of a coward than you doesn't make it unfair for him to do that.

I have a general policy for the occasions where I've killed someone in AT, or Eljune, or Coba, or Alderaan(*), or wherever. It's simple. Put the smackdown on him (or her), then run the (...) away in case his mates come calling. (No, I don't mean leave the zone or hide in a safe area for hours on end, just move to do something on the other side of the zone. This usually works well for me because I generally take as many quests as possible in order to keep busy.)

(*) I also play swtor, but the same rule applies there. I've only done it once over there, when someone three levels below me with his red-name flag on decided it would be fun to mess with what I was doing. He died.

well then the game is perfectly fair, everyone is free and every char started with level 1, so everybody had the same chances from the beginning
also everybody is free to turn off the pvp option, now where the banner needs 30 sec its even possibl to avoid hit and run tactics (just use portstone)

do you really care how i get my satisfaction? ok: i get satisfaction from killing enemies. the opposite faction is my enemy, like everything in red letters with a red healthbar in this game is. i get satisfaction from killing my enemies, it does not matter what level they are, it just matters to kill them. the easier the better it is

explaining always is a good thing, the forum is here to discuss our different POVs
on the battlefield we kill each other, here we argue with each other
