That changed with the release of 5.0, where the stats system changed radically. Now you get ten (I think) already spent in a particular way. That's ten per character, not ten per level.

Ah ok I see, so you get to respec the 10/20 your given but don't earn any more?

I'm not sure about how many you get (10 or 20) on the sub server, and equally I don't know if there are stat points in some strongbox or other (so for the sub server, that's a big NO, since there are no strongboxes on the sub server).

But as far as I know, the water of life should allow you to respec them. (Water of death for talent points and rubies.) <<== I may have these backwards.

20 stat points at p2p server.
