support.my.com is down

Since we can't talk about the issues that affect the whole population in public, but only privately, through support.my.com, it is kind of vital to have it up and running well and it has been town for about 2 hours now.

It could be that there is a broken pipe between your computer and the my.com support server?

Yes, it works fine if I access it through this site. If I type support.my.com in the address bar, I get a 404. It works, just not if I type it in the address bar.

Simply typing support.my.com will not work. There should be a redirection there or at least a page with links to the support pages of different games. But if you type http://support.my.com/games it will work :D
