stuck on every god matters quest

I'm at the area for every god matters quest but can't seem to find any of the objectives. please help? It is the quest in eden where you have to find examples of the divine powers

Is that the one to find the pages? If so, then it's impossible to complete that for now as we need patch 13.1 for that.
