There are 2 Servers now one is the F2P Evolution and the other is the P2P Smugglers Paradise.

On the F2P you´ll get a lvl 6 runes set when you turn level 80 I think and also up to purple perma cs items (not sure if you get them like the runes in a box or via Astral runs for example because that´s how I got it in the past when I came back to game after a break but I didn´t create a new Char so with a new Char should be from lvling).
It is possible to play like this on F2P but you might get a hard time for Nihaz (Which is the latest endcontent Raid). Also you can buy CS items via Gold in AH or exchange Gold to Crystals if you´ve farmed. Also what if you´re in an active Guild people often (not always tho) have something in Bank which they might sell cheaper for Guildmembers or give it for free.

On Smugglers Paradise you´ll have to topup monthly or every 3 months depending on which one you´d buy. (https://allods.my.games/en/subscription) But you won´t need to spend money for Runes etc. You get mounts via raids. And you can buy some "cs" items with Gold from vendors.
And if there´s a new Collectors Edition (Atm there isn´t one in the Shop where you´d get subscription time) You´ll get a mount; lootpet; Outfit and some Subscription time additional added. 30 Days for the little one an another 60 days for the big one.
