problems connecting

why can't I get online ? it goes so far then crashes with internal error code?
funny I can get on the subscription server easy

a few things.

1. please don't hijack unrelated threads, it makes it a LOT harder to help people if they hide their problems within threads about other issues.
2. If there were error messages, don't just say "there were error messages" we need to know:
  • What the Error message was.
  • Where were you?
  • What were you doing?

3. The less information you provide, the harder it is for us to help you. As you have provided virtually zero information with your demands to fix the problem, we cannot help you at this time.
