Sad day :(

So today is a sad day..
A good friend of Empire has committed a suicide.
His line of duty has been well appreciated and he will always be in our memories.
Our hearts go to his Wife and two young children. He has been claimed by the Dark Abyss.
With this we would like to encourage all of our active duty Guards to come forth to their commanders if an issue is present, to take preventative actions to stop this from happening further more.
Also I would like to encourage our great Commanders to keep an eye out for suspicious behaviors such as; Depression, Isolation from others, Easily bothered, Mad all the time, Deep thoughts, and so forth.

This guy was always crazy so his suicide is no surprise. He attacked me every time I came into town - no talking, no warning, just attack. I feel sorry for his family but I think there was a screw loose there

Unfortunately, this isn't a single case. In fact, suicide is practiced by many in the Empire. For instance, last night as I geared and prepared myself in the Demon Hunter's camp at Dragon Ring, an Imperial soldier rode by on his mount in haste an dove right into the abyss off the edge of the allod. I was shocked, surprised and puzzled by this event, yet very amused, being affiliated with the League and stuff.

I do not know the reasoning behind these suicidal actions on the Empire's behalf... Perhaps someone would like to enlighten us?

I became unbelievably saddened because I spend my day on Imgur where everyone posts sob stories and a lot of them are from PTSD military people.
I legitimately thought someone from the game had committed suicide.
I then saw the picture...
And I became relieved. :pinch:

I think it's the pressure.

It was his biggest dream to once be selected as a Yaskers Hawk. He failed.

If those are the symptoms, it seems like there might be a lot of ppl following this comrade down the abyss, including myself.
