Why don't we get the same events as RU?

The RU community has gotten an "End of the summer event" with all kinds of boosts in amalgam and prestige and we don't get anything. It sucks to always get shafted on these events.

i believe the events are a bit delayed, summerhold for example was available several weeks on ru before we got it back. but yea most of the events we'll never get.

That is my point as well. I don't mind a small delay but never seeing these events is just a little out of the order. We're supposed to get closer and closer to RU qua patch releases and content but never giving us certain events is beyond me. Reasons given before is that we have free daily incense and mount feed and that we should be content with what we're getting but to me it's not a valid reason to exempt us from fun events and free gifts.

Don't get me wrong I don't expect to get everything for free, I've spend way more on this game than a big part of the population has but some event only costumes or a server wide bonus to amalgam or guild prestige would be a good boost in morale since a lot of us are a little discontent with the way things are going.

Cause Allods isn't ment for You (us), it has been made by russians for
russians. Judging from what happened over 4 years of AO history, I think
western servers (EU & US) were just a failed experiment, a
byproduct of a game that is succesfull in Russia and pretty much nowhere
else. Coincidence?

Though some of the newer aspects of the events will have to wait until they are available (i.e when 5.0.02 is ready)
