Reset my talent points

My engineer just turned 10. I have no option to reset my talents. I even have a VoD. Is this on purpose or am I the only one?

I can reset my stats btw.

It's not just you. I have the same issue, and posting the information with screen shots in the tech subsection will help them resolve it when the opportunity presents itself. Plan you're build out, and decide what levels you will invest each ruby/talent until it is.
