I am not banned but was banned the first time along with a lot of other NA players. Now the good thing then was allods realised they had made a mistake and quickly reversed the bans.It was only a couple of days from memory.Which most players could understand, can't always get everything 100% but when mistakes are made at least fix them ASAP. This time around those banned are being left with no feedback or answers. It is obvious allods that you guys dropped the ball again. So realising you made a mistake just reverse the bans before you do permanent damage to the game. Shouldn't be taking this long seriously.

Idk about many others, but update in my case:

Meanwhile i regained access to my acc. They deducted 24k gold from my acc, saying thats what i obtained 'by other means than normal game mechanics'. No single piece of evidence backing that statement up. Seems i should count my blessings and stfu (gotta love this game). Furthermore, the mail from the ticket system permanently threatened my existance in this game, stating: "Please note that investigation has not been completed yet, so in case of revealing additional details your account will be suspended permanently."

So thats a nice perspective to continue grinding greatness on inc etc. O.o

Also my gf Darkjane is still banned .... she hasnt played Allods in a year ... O.o

Lol they r not giving me the luxury of coming back as account doesn't have funds to take- still waiting on replies answers. Still waiting on 2 answers....lol u guessed it
Is this a PERMA ban ?
If not how long?

I am so tired of writing those 2 questions.

What sad about this ban is they got few innocent peoples and the real exploiters still out there <no personal attack>

The situation is being handled case by case, hence there is no real public answer to give.
Matters are being investigated very thoroughly and through all the mediating between players and GMs, no two cases have been the same.

I can only ask that if you've still not gained clarity on an individual ban, get in touch with me via PM and I'll continue to work with players until answers are gained - they won't be given via public threads, at least not until all past and present issues have been resolved.
