6 days to get a bug ticket answered which is better then the first one I sent in which took 29 days. And that is without a Mod putting a bug up their bum. But then you still get back the occasional...What is this screen capture for, I cant understand it
So with what I said up above...He is right it is best we post screen captures and have the cm or a mod send it for us since the people answering the tickets cant seem to read since we get answers like the following when we do tell em what is wrong in our tickets...

You can do both. Bugs that players have posted here have been already forwarded by CM.
But, as you can remember with the "mausoleum" case, support team sometimes also needs some screenshots and precise informations.
We can't send screenshots for you.
So yes, it's usefull to send a report bug everytime you have a bug in the game. The easiest way for you is not always the most efficient one.
