Hello,

This topic is a usefull topic, where players can share informations about bugs they encounter with this patch "Forgotten Legends".
The player that opened the other topic should have posted here. No need to have two topics about the same problem.

A reminder for everyone, please, consider reporting to the customer support every bugs you encounter : http://support.my.com/games/kbPage/6/
You may think it's useless, but it's not. The more informations developers gather, the faster they fix it.

I am honestly so sick of this lol.
You know why we post on the forum?
Because those tickets take ages to do because of all the stupid criteria.
We post on the forum because it's easy and we EXPECT the MODs and CMs to be sending in tickets for us.
Why?
Because I'm sure you can word them the way those <snips> want to hear our messages better than we can.
Stop telling us to send in tickets when useful information about bugs and what not is posted and just send in a ticket for the people.

Hello,

You can do both. Bugs that players have posted here have been already forwarded by CM.
But, as you can remember with the "mausoleum" case, support team sometimes also needs some screenshots and precise informations.
We can't send screenshots for you.

So yes, it's usefull to send a report bug everytime you have a bug in the game. The easiest way for you is not always the most efficient one.

Because those tickets take ages to do because of all the stupid criteria.

6 days to get a bug ticket answered which is better then the first one I sent in which took 29 days. And that is without a Mod putting a bug up their bum. But then you still get back the occasional...What is this screen capture for, I cant understand it :sleeping: . Even after explaining the bug, the screen capture and everything else they ask for.

So with what I said up above...He is right it is best we post screen captures and have the cm or a mod send it for us since the people answering the tickets cant seem to read since we get answers like the following when we do tell em what is wrong in our tickets...

Could you kindly specify what quest you are referring to?

Could you elaborate on this and attach a screenshot? What time is displayed for you?

As you say, the support team is reading your tickets, so it is better to contact Customer Support than posting on a forum, hoping that "someone else" will talk about the bug to Customer Support. Furthermore, the CS almost always ask us that the player send a bug report directly to them.

So, if you have a bug, send a bug report in the first place, and then you can talk about it on forums.

If you want your ticket be "pushed forward", you can politely ask a CM to have a look at it :).
