<End of the World Event> Stuck on quest.

So I just got the last quest called The Return of the Prophet and I went to all the 5 markers and I cant use the wand it says "This ability is unavailable at the moment" Do you have to wait a couple days to do the quest like the others or am I missing something?

The wand can be used on KoE. Did the quest a moment ago.
