Protection Certificate: Your account is Inactive. (Friend)

Hello, Made this thread to find help. If anyone had this issue where my friend "Ddeleven" is having this issue when she logs in, She gets this message which is in the title at the moment, saying her account is inactive. Before she sends a ticket I would like to see if anyone here has a solution please submit a reply immediatly.

She is desperate to play in the winter event and not miss it as well the prophetic cards event

have them check to make sure their computers clock is set to the correct time and date
