still no chars

allods online its been 4 days now since i downloaded and sent a ticket to u and still no reply on my missing chars unless im last person to be fixed i dont understand how its taking so long i understand theres lots of issues with merge but 4 days without a reply to tickets is a bit much i have played allods for couple of years never had a problem until this merge i have a single account with lots of chars dont understand how they missing when transfer and migrate went smoothly really hope to get a responce soon because this is getting out of hand

They have had hundreds of accounts with this issue, and they are having to fix them all by hand.

They are shorter staffed at the weekend too at a guess.

Think about it, if you have 500 accounts, all having to be fixed, one by one, by hand, taking maybe an hour each, how long does it take to fix them all?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

i have also been waiting and still not got my chars back , will there be compensation of some sorts for this my guild is already doing dominion and in full green / blue astral gear for lvl 60 and im still lvl 55 not being able to play ? even a reply to a ticket or something would be nice , if anyone knows of any plans for compensation ect , please write me back

Can't get my character back ,and no answer to my ticket . This is frustrating ,all my game mates are already lvl 60. PLEASE help me get my character back or Allods Team please give a decent support .

A compensation would actually be helpful.
