Debilitating plague

So I'm working on a PvP/E DoT build and I was wondering if Debilitating plague is worth getting.
From what I've read, it should be a good escape/defense mechanism, but I don't feel like wasting a ruby just to test it out.
Any thoughts?

for PVP is close to useless used on a target with incense on, if they dont have incense is very very funny lol

for PVE it's a must have in higher astral, helps with escaping but running with ghostly cover is easier
Fireofdeath -70 - demonologist
Puffypuf - 65 - furball warden
Rensy - 65 - paladin
Akyrra - 70 - psionicist healer
Turquiose - 60 - bard
Springfull - 60 - mage
FoxBee - 31 warden

Idk the english spell names but if u mean the long-term CC I would definitly take it!
In my Opinion its one of the better CCs atm, because if u have enough blood it can last very long and compared to other skills the mob isnt attackable which means that no tard can remove the CC by spamming their AoE dumb. Also nice because u can use it as fh too.

Yea, you should definitely take it. It's imo the best long CC in the game. If I were to order classes by their long CC from best to worst it would be (before 6.0):

Summoner > Mage > Engineer > Warden > Bard > Psionicist

It's also one of the least costly of them all, most classes have to spend multiple talents and/or rubies and still get worse CC for their investment.

Good to know.
I have to admit that I found it pretty useful in PvE. It's really nice to be able to isolate the stronger mob wile you deal with the aggro.

"ghost cover" skill is a bit like casting it on yourself ;)

btw if you want to remove the cc from your target you can do so by using the skill again

if you casted it on an enemy you can free him by casting it on yourself.
you need a minimum value of blood points to cast it on yourself, these blood points wont be used after you casted it on yourself but u need them to initiate the skill.
