Returning user - where has my account gone?

Hey there everyone,

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but I figured I would get a quicker input from the community before I would proceed with this issue to the game support.

I've been playing Allods (or the former one?) for 2 years straight, before quitting due to college... I quit a long time ago, long before Allods became united with this My.com... Around the time when the logo was green, with Lords of something in it...

Upon returning and recovering my My.com login today... (I didn't even know I had one?) I realized that I no longer have any characters or items... I invested real money into this game, and a lot of my time... Where did all of that go and is there any way I can possibly recover it? No: my account was NOT hacked.

Additionally, I went to the no-subscription server and created a new character that had a name of one of my reincarnations back then, and the name wasn't taken, although my main's name was taken... How on earth can I solve this and how have you transferred to the new server (?) or recovered your accounts after this game's update? I am completely lost as to the changes that have happened since I was playing...

a few server merges happened. your accounts and characters still exist. you will need to open a support ticket so they can assist you.

Hello,

All EU servers got merged with NA servers when Mail.ru/My.com B.V. get the game back from gPotato/Webzen.

There is now 2 servers :
- New Frontier is the historical F2P server, with an ingame Cash Shop.
- Smugglers Paradise is a relatively new server (october 2013) with a subscription (1000 cristals/30 days), It's free until april 24th, you'll find all infos about this server here.

Population on F2P server is fine, population on P2P server is a little low at the moment, but some new players arrive (or come back) from time to time.

If you haven't done it yet, you'll have to transfer your old Allods' gPotato/Webzen account to a new My.Com account in order to get you characters back. It may take a while, as it requires sending a request to Customer Support :
