Lost account

Hello I recently wanted to start playing Allods again but am having trouble accessing my account. I made my my.com account a little after the transfer from gpotato was put into effect. I sent in a ticket with all my proof of ownership of the account and got this back.

But I have no idea where to go from here. I tried registering with it and it said it was already taken. I tried to recover and it says its an invalid email. Please Help.

Hello,

Did you transfered your old gpotato account to your new my.com account, last year ? Were you able to play on our new my.com servers (New Frontier or Smugglers Paradise) ?
Do you lost this my.com account ?

Did you change your email in one year ? Is there a way for you to remember which email you used to create your my.com account ?

Thank you for the reply, yes I did transfer my gpotato account to my my.com account last year. I was able to play on New Frontier. And I did forget my my.com account. Ive used all of my combinations I could come up with was Sure@my.com but there was never a phone number connected to retrieve it. I've tried every password I have ever used with no luck. I came to sure@my.com seeing as the character I was playing at the time was an orc warrior named sure but I am only 85% sure thats the email I used. I do have a youtube account which I can access with video of my warrior, and the name of my main but thats all I have to work with. And I have no clue what the @mycom.tmp is.
