Game kills internet / takes all bandwidth

Game downloads just fine all the basic files (1.77gb download). Once it starts patching the game the game my internet completely collapses (it still is there but cant use it.) and nothing works until i close the my.com launcher. Switches in options for upload dont do anything so those are useless in this situation.

Hello,

Can you launch the game till you get character selection (or creation) ?
If yes, than, go back to one step with the "left-arrow" icon, bottom left of the UI, and click on the option icon (just near the "left-arrow"). Then you'll get ingame option, select "Interface", scroll down, and set upload to minimum (16ko/s) and upload to an appropriate value, depending on your internet connection performance.

use

\Allods Online\bin\Launcher.exe
and let it download th full game, it works much better than the my.com launcher
game is ~ 8 GB in total!

shamefully, there is no way to completely block upload by progam-settings, so if the launcher uploads and you dont like that simply block the upload in your firewall and done
