Name Change

Is there a way to ask someone to give me some item or something to do name change on this server?
Or will it come in some patches? Its stupid to not have name change on this server when you have race change and sex change, those two are also boutique things.

No way to change your name I put in a ticket for that and they said "I'm afraid we don't change names by request." and I dont know if they plan to add a name change.
