hello

so a few months ago i quit allods because after i hit 51 (on cradle) i completely ran out of zones to quest on, frozen peak is done, cradle is fully done and i am not missing any important chains in the previous maps (wandering isle etc).

anyway, i decided to give the game another shot and after deep research i found out that in order to move to pearl ring/irdrich whatever i needed to have some special mail. issue is, i dont and dont think i ever had that mail. if i did i may accidentaly have deleted it and what was on it.

is there any way to re-receive that email? support didnt answer me yet.

ps: does anyone remember the name of the item or what the letter says at all? that could give me an hand too.
