in battlegrounds, i often read ppl complaining about bahavior of teammembers... like
xy does not fullify my expectation regarding gs

xy is afk
xy leaves (too fast)
xy leaves (instant)
xy is a noob
xy is not doing what i want him / her to do
and so on, we all know what is meant now
some of the complaints are silly and some are reasoned, but they are there and usually they are written becuase someone is really not happy about how it runs
so, how solve this? you can not force players to do what you want, raging on them will only make them put you on your ignorelist... i do this myself also
since this problem is natural in parties consisting out of ppl that do not know each other well and like each other (like good friend fixed parties or w/e) i would really love to see a technical solution for a human problem
remember, in PVE the solution is to use mercenaries instead of real players
for PVP mercenaries are not a soultion like in PVE, so i want to point at an idea i had some time ago, the
1 vs 1 ARENA -->

this would only leave the enemy as a source of anger, and the enemy can be killed
if he cant get killed its only your fault and not the fault of someone else
having a 1 VS 1 arena would also allow the algorithm for somehow equal matchmaking to select out of a large number of players (although i would like to have completely random strenght players anyway)
and it would finally give some meaning to 1vs1 pvp beside romping around in the local arena
TLDR version:
if we get an 1vs1 arena all problems with other players in party will no longer be relevant since there are no other players in the party
