Orange gear - how this fast?

how does it come some ppl have orange gear already?
do the harder sectors give this much more loot? ?(

Because they were saving up realgar, need about 23 upgraders if you upgrade all with realgar, I got 19 in 8 runs and got lucky with 4 doubles and I did it in s8 as lvl65 item.

What's the average loot from an S9 run etc?
Average S1 240 coins and S2 180 + 1 upgrader.
