my Chat is in russian i think maybe chinese lol

is there a way to fix my chat when I try to chat in it its in another language and I don't speak it. all my other toons are in English except my summoner any help I appreciate it ty

I'm quite sure it's neither cyrillic or chinese but much more something like that :
