you two are right, I found now why psi dps is deop, they change phantom damage from every 1 sec to , every 2 sec. why they do that ? psi is damn weak and they make it a lot weaker now. IIs eu server is tested server ? they keep makes unnecessary changies.
Do you notice that psi ia weaker now, more weak than 2-3 month ago. I remeber psi uses to fast generate concentration upto 100% in a second. but it is gone right now. what you think cmiiw
@rupeck thay want to enjoy endgame content, but have no idea how to use cashshop some my friend do quest secret of old rune master, they buy crystal chip and get upset some other invest cash with their ship, when they reach 90 they realize , everybody do astral from ctrl M. XD. I cant give them adice co I am noobs too

about cash shop if there no cashshop crystal I cannot reach 30 k gearscore in three months thats the fact. I buy gear from auction. gold grom selling crystal to npc 1. farming gold from KOE is wothless, I save KOE emblem to buy enchanted matter. 2.repeadtly doing tkarik for gold, = takes too much time, not worth BG emblems and Combat blem, only idiots exchange it with gold. most reasonable way to get gold is 1. use cashshop 2. reinc
where is the veteran? they do their own stuff, farm 3x3 , lv up their reinc and solo astral, they dont need any weak player at all , after that go kick some ass in BG , what about heroic , you are weak nobody need you, veteran do heroic with veteran it is unbalanced game mechanic
not totally dead is dying. new playesr still come, most of thwm quits beforw reach endgame. ex: at lv 90 you got free blue gear. but it is not strong enough to do al rihat smoothly. as I notice dev upgrade alrihat mobs since update s4. go to s4 with bluegear and merc. you dead. (evolution server)

Imo I dont believe cashshop is bad , almost all mmorpg (cmiiw) contain cashshop. thats how they got income. balance game mechanism, need to improve. ex: some stuff from cashshop not work ini pvp myrra must be farm, from astral, so the veteran still do astral so low gear player automatically can run lots astral . the mechanism shoul make the high gear player still need others people tha is how mmorp works , imho
i play for about 3 month reach 30k gear score . and yes the game is dying thats the fact
my guild have.about hundred member, and only 5 persen online. manu is second char, their main char on the top 10 strong guild. so they rarely online. and do heroic with their main guild. obs easy not always popup, dont lie.
one faction too strong game end one guild too strong , game end no guide, game end all veteran not interest do low raid, new player cannot progress, game end.
1. double exp for new player, works only with the first char 2. official wiki guide , and basic walkthrough what todo . 3. blue gear should be purc haseable fromnpc, al rihat is too hard for new fresh lv 90 with only green gear 4. limiting the max member of a guild. for game balance if one guild is dominated or faction dominated ,game ends. keep the balance in game is the key imo.
very few new player, most are second char own by veteran player . IMO 3 months in game , I found you will be alone in low level. some my real friend quit berore reach max level.
I check it in resmon , and it make the game slower. shutdown the launcher ?or there are another way ?
martyr gift (yellow skill) rank 1'= restore 2% rank 2 = ?? rank 3 = ?? is it worth to upgrade it by spending ruby on pilgrim box that mostly contain only parts of the scroll.
