Allods Online Forum

It has been DAYS since my ticket submissions and my post on the tech issues part of the forum so I have to ask... is Allods actually going to shut down finally? given the lack of a response from support is usually the first step when a game is dying due to a reduction of overhead to save money. guess if it's true allods is dying it would be a waste to spend my money on allods. if anyone has anything to add pop it up.

how many more mergers does Allods have left?

I have become really annoyed waiting for a resolution to my tech issue infact when I have gone to other games for tech support and I receive a response in ONE day or less.Heck if I went to a store and had to wait this long to receive service the store would be out of business within months. so hows Allods doing?

I have Submitted a ticket and posted on the forum but NO RESPONSE !!! and it's been several days. does my.com not want people playing their games and spending money on their games?

I do NOT have any virus or security program running on my computer. the MY.com shell will NOT download the installation package for any MY.com game. I have checked all security settings and have opened up the MY.com shell as administrator. I dont know what else to do at this point. I have already submitted a ticket. any serious advice is welcome.

I quit the game then went to F:\MyGames\Allods Online EN\bin\Launcher.exe and used the repair tool and selected the complete check and still none of my skills stay in the hotbar, even if I switch to a reincarn and back I still see all my skills as a huge mess

repair tool does not work or rather it does not fix my issue

so I setup my hotbar with all my skills and I had to restart the game, when I got back in to the game all my skills in the hotbar had moved and became a jumbled mess. every time I restart the game it turns in to the same jumbled mess and not one skill stays in the place I leave it at after I restart the game. I have also noticed after I tried to use addons to help save the hotkeys that it also gets reset when I restart the game. it's as if it dose not have a save state enabled and I'm not sure w...
