I've done the questline however the first and last steps have remained gray'd out so I can't get the Ruby prize for doing it.
Why would an aspect need to be on? It doesn't require it. Physical Surgery at tier 3 gives 120 crit chance, the free deco shiny gives 20 crit chance. 14% crit chance. And at level 14 I reset my traits. Before reset, after reset, then leveling again. The base damage never changed not even 0.1 dps.
It says it increases hellion's basic damage by my crit. However getting all 3 of them and all 3 Practical Surgery did nothing to affect his damage. What the heck is it doing then?
