Didn't receive game time I purchased

I purchased a month for the p2p server and received a week. My purchase was on April 4th, 2018 and the subscription ends April 11th, 2018. I made sure I paid for the correct thing ($11 paypal invoice) and have tried contacting my.com support through their support feature but they have no option for this particular issue, as well as them taking days/weeks to get back. Is there anyway this can be resolved or I can be directed to somewhere that it can be? I'm really hoping this is just a visual bug...
