Hey and welcome back to the game! Speaking in terms of PvE DPS, every class is balanced except for Engineer and Scout, being on the lower side. Everything else does really good numbers. I'd say drop Psi and Mage because they bring no utlity. priest, Druids and Summoner bring awesome off heals and Purifications. Since the population problems and all, could P2P(and perhaps F2P too since it's probably copy paste code) get cross-faction PvE Queues? Signing for astral would be queues with both league and empire. Same for guild keepers, obs. Perhaps at some extend for compass too? We already communicate a lot cross faction via discord.
