The cape bonus isn't affected by the rubies. So the calculation is: Base 100 + Patronage bonus 121 + Equipment bonus 12853 = 13074 * 1.09 = 14250.66 + Cape bonus 331 = 14581.66
I like this event very much in general. 3v3 is the best pvp experience you can get in this game. Saying that i obviously mean pvp where people actually play their character on their own and don't have advantages because of macros/scripts. Sadly some teams in this tournament use these kind of tools to have an advantage. Not sure if it's allowed or not.
