I don't know what quest you are talking about but only waiting 5 days for your ticket to be answered is unheard of. Most of my tickets I have sent have taken 29 to 30 days to get answered. I just had one answered if you wanna call it answered (didnt touch what I needed help with at all) took 10 days which was a first.
