Dunno if it will help you but that worked for me. Uninstall the adobe flash player.With it i used to crash in like 3 secs after 100% now the game runs smoother than it did

Well it is not like they woke up and said let us ban these poor people as a christmas gift. I think that people that got banned were bad kids last year and took gifts from mmose santa and as a result this year new gifts for them arrived . Still it is unfortunate to lose players but if you violated ToS you knew the risks
