Huh. Wow. I only feel partially stupid, because at no point have I seen this fact - stuff from chests bought with premium being bound - stated in the game. Like how am I supposed to make that connection by myself... And apparently I had never bought a costume or similar chest with premium crystals before, even though I'm not a new player at all. EDIT: Disregard please, I didn't know about premium crystal purchases yielding bound items, as the boutique or the items themselves don't make this readily apparent. If you search a bit in the forums you can find a reply made not long ago by someone who actually looked at the site code and found proof that the credit card payment form is unfinished, e.g. it has a placeholder for card holder name; I checked it myself too, it's true (and fair enough it should be kinda suspicious that the interface lacks any kind of field for personal identification, right?). Paypal works like a charm though, I can testify to that, got my crystals instantly 2 times out of 2

But those who can afford it do get stats when they reset. Or do you get any beyond that first 10 at higher levels? If not then you're right and I'll drop the issue, but it still needs to be communicated in game, even those +10 points could come in handy and I guess everyone would rather know about it in time and get them for free than pay for them later.

Thanks for the advice, but circumventing the issue doesn't fix it. If this (meaning not getting stats automatically) is not a bug as I'm inclined to believe it is but an intentional change, then it's also intentionally misleading because it is not communicated anywhere in the game currently and new players are bound to fall for it unless they dig around in the forums before level 15.

Does this mean you have to pay for a water of life every time you want stats? I don't think that's normal (or if it is, that's not a very nice way of forcing you to use CS)... I have some unspent stat points on my pre-transfer chars (even very low level ones), while the two new ones I created after the transfer have not gotten a single stat point yet. One of them is above 15 already and I've only read about this just now, haven't visited the trainer before. Does that mean I won't even be getting...
