Ok, kind of the same deal, however it seems the login is locked to my Facebook account. I tried entering the e-mail and known password for the account and it denies me access on my laptop. It tells me there is no account with the e-mail yet there clearly is lol. I wanted to contact support however they don't even have a category for this kind of issue so I can't contact them properly for help. If a staff member could aid me I'd appreciate it, thank you.
I was playing Allods back in October-November 2016 and I managed to get my old account transferred with my old character on it still, and a new character I made specifically for Twitch streaming. I just re-downloaded the game client and the only login I can get to work is this account that I made back in October to obtain my old account through support.
